Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Live Plant Guarantee
We take great care in packaging every plant to arrive healthy and in good condition. However, we understand that shipping can be stressful on live plants. Minor cosmetic imperfections such as brown leaves or leaf tear are considered normal and are not grounds for a refund or replacement.
If your plant arrives in a condition beyond normal transit stress, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window cannot be honored.
To be considered for a resolution, your message must include:
- Clear photographs of the plant and any damage
- A written description of the issue
We review each case individually and reserve the right to determine whether a resolution is warranted. Approved claims may be resolved at our discretion through a replacement (if available) or store credit.
Pretty Little Pings is not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. We are also not responsible for damage to plants that are left at a delivery or pickup location for an extended period of time, particularly in extreme heat or cold. Please make arrangements with your local carrier for an alternate delivery time or pickup if necessary, and retrieve your package in a timely manner.
Plant Size & Photo Representation
Product photos are representative of the species and not the exact plant you will receive. Size, coloration, and leaf shape may vary naturally between individual plants. Please note that some plants are greener than others but with proper high-intensity light, most pinguiculas will develop their characteristic pink and purple hues over time.
General sizing for Pings is as follows:
Small - Under 1"
Medium - 1"
Large - 1.5-2"
Some pinguiculas are offered while in their succulent phase, a seasonal growth stage where leaves become smaller and more compact. These are healthy, normal plants and will transition back to their carnivorous leaf form with the change of seasons. Succulent phase plants are typically smaller than their carnivorous phase counterparts, and this is expected and not a defect.
