Shipping Policy

We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to minimize transit delays.

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. During periods of higher order volume, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience!

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup for customers in the San Antonio area. We're located on San Antonio's West side near SeaWorld.

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and email info@prettylittlepings.com to make arrangements. Detailed directions and instructions will be sent after your order confirms. Orders must be picked up within 7 days. 

How We Pack Your Plants 

All plants are shipped bareroot in plastic containers with damp paper towels. Upon arrival, please pot your plants as soon as possible. Inspect them carefully and allow them to acclimate to their new environment. If you have any concerns about the condition of your plants when they arrive, please contact us right away with photos.

Liability 

Pretty Little Pings is not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. We are also not responsible for damage to plants that are left at a delivery or pickup location for an extended period of time, particularly in extreme heat or cold. Please make arrangements with your local carrier for an alternate delivery time or pickup if necessary, and retrieve your package in a timely manner.
